The calendars for 2013 are available by visiting the Children’s Program section under “Youth Services”. Keep in mind that some programs require pre-registration and registration dates do vary. Read program descriptions carefully for specific registration information. Patrons are reminded that calendars are tentative and programs are subject to cancellation due to illness, weather, etc. All patrons are advised to follow the library on Facebook or sign up for Celly (see below) in order to stay informed from day to day. The website will NOT reflect when a program has been cancelled at the last minute.
Want to know how to stay in touch with us? We’ve expanded our virtual presence by making our Facebook page an active community of sharing, setting up a Celly account and also using the Time Razor app to publicize our events. Follow these links to follow us, sign up and stay in touch!

Youth Wish List
*NEEDED ASAP – The Youth Services Department is in need of Matchbox cars – as many as you can scrounge up or purchase for donation. These can be used (in good condition) or new. Thanks! Ms. Sherry*
The Youth Services Department is always in need of donations to support our programs. We always appreciate donations of crafting/art supplies as well as gift cards, in any denomination, to local stores. Have a Wawa gift card with a dollar or two left over? You can donate that too! Any amount to any store can be used for supplies, snacks or prizes for youth programs.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Coatesville Area Public Library is to serve the residents of its service area with a variety of library materials and services that provide for the educational, informational, cultural, and recreational needs of its residents.
